Can be one-on-one or with a group of as many friends/family you would like to include.  You choose the location within Salt Lake County (other locations further away may be negotiable).  Dates & times can also be worked out after the auction (generally available M-F before 8 AM or after 5 PM, any time on weekends depending on date).  There are routines for stress-reduction, restoration, power, or runner specific.  If you have a specific focus, Amy can also create a routine specifically for you.
